At the end of this training, participants will learn:
- How trauma can hijack our brain and negatively impact our day and what to do when that occurs
- Various fun ways to calm the body and mind through positive imagery and breathing techniques
- Brain Gym activities to keep the mind young and active
- Fun activities that you can use in your early childhood setting with all your students
