Would you also like to Social Emotional strategies to help the children in your program stay regulated and engaged?\nYou’re invited to join us for a Social Emotional Learning Focused (or S.E.L.F) Wellness Workshop!\nThis workshop aims to help early childhood educators learn how to incorporate mindfulness and playfulness into their daily lives. The lesson plan includes a variety of activities that will help educators relax\, connect with each other\, and focus on their goals.\nNote: This training is in person and we will be standing\, sitting\, and doing a variety of mindful movements.
