Would you also like to learn and practice Social Emotional Learning Focused (S.E.L.F) strategies to help you and the children in your program stay regulated and engaged? You’re invited to join us for the S.E.L.F Wellness: Sit and Be Well Workshop! \nThis workshop aims to help early childhood educators learn how to incorporate mindfulness and movement. The lesson plan includes mindful movements that can be done from a sitting position. No standing or sitting on the floor required! Learn how to release tension and feel relaxed all from the comfort of a chair. \nNote: This training is in person and we will be stretching\, sitting\, and doing other mindful movements.
