Quality Matters enrollment is open for the 26-27 program year!
The Quality Matters (QM) program supports and incentivizes early care and education programs to offer the best learning experiences possible to the children they serve. The goal of QM is to improve and expand the quality of early care and education in Contra Costa County to ensure that all children have access to quality programs. The Quality Matters program introduces you to quality improvement tools, training opportunities, coaching and more!
