Child Health & Nutrition
Providing education, training, and support to the community in the areas of child nutrition, health and safety.
About:
The Food Program at CocoKids offers training, support and meal reimbursement to family child care homes in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. We are a proud sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), an indicator of a quality childcare program. By following nutrition guidelines set up by the USDA, participating in the food program ensures that your children’s meals are meeting the recommended nutrition standards and that they are receiving healthy, balanced meals.
