Caring for kiddos is a difficult job! Do you love caring for children but sometimes find it demanding and stressful? As caregivers, we often put our own needs last. This leads to unintentional distress, compassion fatigue and can result in burn out. In this 2-part workshop, we will give you the tools on how to develop self-awareness, identify triggers and determine your window of tolerance. We will also discuss the three brain zones when it comes to distress and the impact that stress has on your health.
