Keeping up with Licensing updates is critical for you to do your job with confidence. Feeling confident in a high-stake situation is not always easy but with effort, confidence can be cultivated and improved. In this course, you’ll learn about being an effective licensee. You’ll learn about licensing updates, most common citations, and will have time to “Ask the Advocate” any questions. We will also touch on “hot topics”. Next time your Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) comes for a visit you we want you not to be nervous and have confidence that you are in compliance.
