Who Should Attend?
- Infant/Toddler program administrators
- Infant care teachers working with children birth to 36 months
- Center-based or family childcare providers
- Family, Friend and Neighbor (FFN) caregivers
Goals of the workshop:
Participants will have an opportunity to review the impact of protective urges, explore the three caregiver qualities that parents identify as most important, and become familiar with the Acknowledge-Ask-Adapt process to create positive relationships with families.
