Conference Refund Policy

Refunds are available up until 11:59 pm on Friday, March 10, 2017, as detailed below. After March 10, 2017, no refunds will be given, although you may send a substitute in your place to attend the conference.

  • For credit card payments, you may cancel your conference registration and receive a $55/$35 refund on your credit card. (Registration fee of $60/$40 minus a $5 processing fee.)
  • For check or cash payments, you may cancel your conference registration and receive a $45/$25 refund via check within 30 business days. (Registration fee of $60/$40 minus a $15 processing fee.)

In order to cancel or send a substitute in your place you can send an e-mail or leave a voice message:

Make sure you provide the full name of the person the registration was made under and the name in the credit card, check or money order. If you are having a substitute attend the conference, please provide the full name of the person the registration is under and the full name of the person that will take their place.
