Mindful Self-Care is a presentation specifically designed to help support childcare professionals by providing science-based self-care approaches to restore physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindfulness meditation and mindful living practices. The physical, mental, and emotional demands on childcare professionals can’t be understated. Being able to effectively practice self-care is essential to a balanced and fulfilling personal and professional life. In this experiential presentation, we’ll learn about the powerful health benefits of Mindfulness Meditation and practice simple and effective mindfulness techniques designed to restore mental and physical well-being in order to provide valuable resources for the demands of today’s childcare professionals.
