Refunds are available up until 11:59 pm on Friday, May 3, 2019, as detailed below. After May 3, 2019, no refunds will be given, although you may send a substitute in your place to attend the conference.
- For credit card payments, you may cancel your conference registration and receive a $60/$40 refund on your credit card. (Registration fee of $65/$45 minus a $5 processing fee.)
- For check or cash payments, you may cancel your conference registration and receive a $50/$30 refund via check within 30 business days. (Registration fee of $65/$45 minus a $15 processing fee.)

Make sure you provide the full name of the person the registration was made under and the name in the credit card, check or money order. If you are having a substitute attend the conference, please provide the full name of the person the registration is under and the full name of the person that will take their place.
