This module focuses on how adults can develop caring and attuned relationships with young children with histories of trauma. Additionally, the top trauma sensitive strategies for arranging the environment in the home or early learning programs are discussed. Participants gain familiarity with best practices and key strategies that support children’s healing and strengthen the protective factors that enhance their resiliency to traumatic stress.
