Would you like to connect with others in the Early Care and Education community through mindful movement and connection? Would you also like to learn and practice Social Emotional Learning Focused strategies to help you and the children in your program stay regulated and engaged?
You’re invited to join us for the S.E.L.F Love 2.0. (social emotional learning focus)
This workshop aims to help early childhood educators learn how to incorporate mindfulness and movement. The lesson plan includes mindful movements that will enhance your connection to yourself, increase social emotional awareness and connection to community. This workshop will focus on movements and breathing exercises that will open your heart to all the love!
Note: This training is in person and we will be stretching, sitting, and doing other mindful movements. Please bring your exercise mat if you have one. SPACE IS LIMITED!
